Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Blur Media offers professional video editing, content creation, and marketing services. Specific project details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in client agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project purposes
• Supply all necessary materials (e.g., footage, brand assets, scripts) in a timely manner
• Have the rights or permissions to use any third-party content you submit
• Review and approve project milestones within the agreed timeframes

We are not liable for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information from your end.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are due based on the terms outlined in our invoices or proposals
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees
• All sales are final. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and only under exceptional circumstances
• Work may be paused or terminated if payment obligations are not met

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your original content
• Blur Media retains ownership of any custom templates, editing styles, or tools we develop unless otherwise agreed
• Upon final payment, you receive full usage rights to the completed deliverables
• We reserve the right to use portions of completed work in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed

5. Revisions and Delivery

We provide a fixed number of revisions per project, as stated in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final files will be delivered in the format(s) agreed upon.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Reuse or redistribute our proprietary tools or templates without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity when engaging our services

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your materials or project details with third parties unless required by law or as part of service delivery (e.g., hosting platforms).

8. Limitation of Liability

Blur Media is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profit
• Delays due to third-party platforms or technology failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. You are responsible for all work completed and approved up to the point of termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan.
